We understand that shopping online can be a little bit difficult at times and we are here to help you. We do our best to ensure your experience is as easy as possible.
Our shoe size guide is available for your assistance when selecting a shoe size.

If you are torn between two sizes we suggest to make the purchase of the two sizes in question, keep the shoes that fit and return the shoes that aren't suitable. |
Refund
- To start the refund process email jasmine@sadiebaby.com.au if we have not responded within a week (due to email restrictions, junk email) please send us a DM on instagram, or text us on 0412909220 your request including your name and order number within 14 days of delivery.
- Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged or otherwise with original tags attached and in the original packing and original condition.
- Once we have received the item we will provide you with a full refund, by the the same method you made your purchase with excluding postage cost.
- All return postage cost are to be covered by the purchaser. If you think you may need to return the we strongly suggest you look to purchase through PayPal and active the return postage opportunity available through PayPal.
Exchange
- To start the exchange process email jasmine@sadiebaby.com.au if we have not responded within a week (due to email restrictions, junk email) please send us a DM on instagram, or text us on 0412909220 what product you wish to exchange, what product you would like to exchange it for.
- We kindly ask that you include a pre-paid postage bag when returning your item.
- Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged or otherwise with original tags attached and in the original packing and original condition.
- Your items for exchange will be shipped once your returned goods have been received.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the purchase date. Gift cards are non refundable. Gift cards can not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
