SHIPPING 

How long will it take for my order to be made and sent? 

Our linen, cotton & crochet range are made to order, please allow between two to three weeks. We do sometimes have stock on hand, which will be sent within five business days of purchase. If you require a rush order on this range, please email us first for your request, we are happy to work with you.

Our leather collection is ready to be posted, and will be posted within five business days of purchase.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been posted? 

We use AUSPOST for all our posting services. Depending on location, most items within Australia arrive within 4-10 business days [non busy season]. Outside of Australia varies and can take anywhere from 7-31days to arrive, postage is tracked, and we provide with an estimated guideline at checkout in our postage information.

 

Is my order tracked? 

Yes. All of our orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email the day the items are posted.

 

Do you ship internationally? YES we do.  USA, UK, NZ, BRAZIL, PHILIPPINES, INDIA and CANADA is currently added to the website. To request another country, please email us and we can give you a quote and set it up.

 

How much is postage? 

For one pair of shoes the postage is $8.95. For two pairs of shoes it is $9.50. All of our shoes come in there own white box to keep them safe during travel and for presentation, they are then put an Australia Post white package for posting.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE/CUSTOMS

Will I be charged customs clearance fees? Each country will have their own price for customs fees, this will be left up to the customer to work out if this is something they will be charged as Sadie Baby will not be held responsible for any further fees that may occur. WHOLESALE

Do you offer wholesale on any of your products? 

We have just opened up our wholesale opportunity department. We have two options available for those who would like to stock our product. We will be keeping our wholesale range small and will only be working with an exclusive number of businesses. 

We are currently on looking for potential stockist in New Zealand, United Kingdom, Mexico & United Kingdom. We would love to hear from you if you are store in these areas who would be interested in our stocking our product range. 

 

COLLABS/BRAND REPS

Do you have brand representatives or do collaborations? 

We currently have a number allocated positions for our product stylist and businesses, which we hand select a month prior to our new releases, we aim to release new product every three to four months. If you are a product stylist or a business that would like the opportunity to work with us, make sure you follower us on instagram and email us directly.

We are looking to expanding and bring on a team of Brand Ambassadors with for our Summer 2017 – 2018 launch.

 

What is a Brand Ambassador?

A brand ambassador is someone who loves our product & brand, they follow us on social media, support us through on going purchases, share our love and passion for small business and helping to support our dream. Our brand ambassadors don’t have to be stylist or brand representatives they just have to be individuals who love our business, this is our way of giving back to our loyal and supportive clients. We hope to introduce this opportunity at the end of November 2017.

 

 

WASH + CARE

Our linen & cotton shoe range. 

Shoes can been washed, please place in a laundry bag, wash on a light cycle & cold water. Once you have finished washing, remove shoes from laundry bag, shape, and place in a cool dry out of the sun position.

 

Leather shoe range  

Please use a clean damp cloth to wipe away marks, and leaves to dry.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

Do you offer refunds? 

Unless our item has arrived faulty, we do not offer refunds. Please email me within 24 hours of receiving your item to report your concern.

There are no refunds for change of mind.  

Happy to exchange if we have the product on hand, customer must pay postage on return and re-postage.
