To choose the right size shoe, its best to measure foot length

How Do You Measure The Foot Length?

Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure from heel to toe.
Add at least 1cm to the length; For example if the length is 10cm add 1cm 10cm + 1cm = 11cm AU size 2
If possible, it is always best to measure feet while your child is standing.
Have your child stand on a blank piece of paper and mark at the toe and the heel and measure.

Standard shipping cost is $9.00 ( 3 - 5 business days to leave our studio)

Express post shipping is $12.00 ( 3 - 5 business days to leave our studio)

Please note we do not do rush or priority post. As we are a small home business with a one women show & three helpers :)

We aim to post on Tuesdays & Thursdays. This means that if you place an order on Sunday your order will most likely be included in our Tuesday post office drop, if your order is made from Sunday to Tuesday your order will be included in our Thursday drop, we do try and get your order to you as quickly as possible, however there are times when our orders exceed our allotted time and orders roll over) The best expectation for shipping is 3 to 5 business days from when your order is made. This is our go to protocol.

We are in the office on Sunday & Wednesday evenings to reply to emails. You can find us on Instagram as we do pop into here more often then our email.

**Once your order has been received you will receive a order confirmation email, with some useful information, please check your junk or spam folders if this does not come through directly.

Our favourite boot

We loved our first pair so much that we bought the next size up. We get compliments all the time on these gorgeous boots abs they are the only pair that my daughter can’t kick off her feet and throw out the pram!

Do they come in adult sizes?

Absolutely ADORE our boots!! Customer service was amazing and so lucky I nabbed one of the last pairs! Definitely going to be keeping an eye out for any future restocks as I want them in every size! Also purchased the Pollen liberty laces and they’re going to look amazing in the boots.

I bought my daughter the beige Alex boots. The boots are well made, cute and fit well. The leather is soft and not stiff. Perfect for winter dress with tights and also leggings. They look so cute on her and really complete her outfit. Will purchase again.
